just had a rather funny email from contractor UK, which contains two articles - where the titles totally contradict each other! wtf?! click on the image to see the bigger version - they are the first and third articles.

run run run!

Went for a training run on Sunday in prep for this Sunday's Race For Life.
Did just under 4km in 30 mins, which I'm pretty proud of, as I'm not a runner at all!

race for life 2008

I'm running in the Race for Life again this year, to raise money for Cancer Research UK on June 1st around the City of London. Would be great if anyone wants to sponsor me!

It's only 5km, but I am NOT a road runner at all, so I always find it quite challenging. Did the last one in just under 40 minutes and am looking to beat that this year. Time to get training!

successful weekend

one of the busiest weekends for ages for me..

• got my wedding dress (vera wang!) and it's perfect - too expensive of course :)
• ran in the Race for Life (did the 5km in about 35-40 mins) - was baking hot
• got most of the wedding invites made - ran out of a few things towards of the end, and still have to write in the names and addresses, but the hardest bit is done!
  

busy weekend

got a busy weekend coming up.

my mum is in town, on saturday we are going to a Vera Wang bridal sample sale, and on Sunday running 5km in the Race for Life in the city of london.

phew!

not sure I like it yet... seems to be YASS (yet another social site). Guess I'll give it a while to sink in :)

The BBC are a little confused I think. Considering the Millennium Dome was built for the 2000 Millennium :)
